Welcome to wonderful Wyoming and the 177 acre farm of Arrowhead Alpacas, home to a growing herd of top-quality huacaya and suri alpacas.
Since we believe that the clear, clean air outside of Powell, WY (Gateway to Cody and Yellowstone National Park), combined with the altitude and climate, best duplicate the natural habitat of the alpacas, our family relocated from Homestead, FL to continue in our efforts to raise alpacas with outstanding qualities.
We have enjoyed being able to watch our herd grow and see our theories become reality with the births of our beautiful crias. Each one is special in its own right- varied in personality, unique individuals, yet all continue on the path to improvement. This year we will be participating in our first Halter Class shows. We are also charter members of the Hidden Treasures Alpaca Event, an auction held in Skamania, WA.
We are so glad Arrowhead Alpacas is a place frequented by many visitors who are curious about and interested in alpacas. It is our pleasure to open our doors to any who would like to come and see the ranch and our delight to answer any questions that might arise.
